receiving service from the Unlimited Web Network, you
agree to the following billing policies. Please read the
complete terms of service

"TUWN" stands for The Unlimited
Web Network (Us)
|
 |
Customer
authorizes TUWN to charge all fees due to the submitted
credit card or checking account |
|
TUWN
will pay the initial fee to register a domain if
the customer's plan calls for it. After the first year
the customer will be billed at a rate of US$20.00. |
|
Customers
are required to pay their bill in full. The minimum amount
due is the total amount. Paying any less could cause a
disruption of service. |
|
If
the customer pays by check, TUWN will invoice the customer
30 days before payment is due. Payment must be receive
by the indicated date due to avoid disruption of service. |
|
If
the customer pays by credit card, TUWN will automatically
bill the credit card for the amount due three days before
payment is due. If the credit card is declined TUWN will
contact the customer by email. Payment will then be required
within one week to avoid disruption of service. An invoice
will be sent to the customer, but nothing needs to be
sent back. |
|
Customers
may request to receive individual invoices for each site
they host. By default TUWN will group all of the customer's
sites on one bill. |
|
If
a customer exceeds their bandwidth limits, TUWN will attempt
to contact that customer and inform them of the situation.
The customer can decide whether to pay for additional
bandwidth or not. At the discretion of TUWN, customers
may or may not be billed for slight over-usage of bandwidth. |

Customers
that which to upgrade their service may do so at anytime.
After emailing billing@unlimitedweb.net,
the cost will be prorated to their remaining contract. |

The
Unlimited Web Network can restrict, suspend, or terminate
the customer's account and/or pursue other civil/law
enforcement remedies if it is deemed necessary due to
nonpayment, fraud, or other similar situations.
The Unlimited Web Network reserves the right to modify
the terms of service and billing policies without notice.
