offer a 30-day money back guarantee. We do ask that customers canceling
their service fill out a short questionnaire so that we can improve any
problems that may exist.
Setup, registration, and administrative fees are not refundable. You
must notify billing@unlimitedweb.net within the first 30-days of service
to be covered by the guarantee. Refunds are not given on hosting accounts
that have been suspended, revoked, or cancelled due to a violation of
the terms of service.
The Unlimited Web Network reserves the right to change the guarantee
policy. Customers who repeatedly sign up and cancel under this guarantee,
presumably in order to avoid their hosting fees indefinitely, will be
considered ineligible for the guarantee.
